The Process
1. Use our UPLOAD option to send us your file(s) and information required, or, Cam Expert will work with you to design or convert your technical drawings. We accept the following file types:
- DXF (preferred format)
- PS
- ESP
- HPGL
- AI (Adobe Illustrator)
If you do not see the type of file that you have on the list, please contact us and we will let you know if we can accept it.
2. Cam Expert will send you a quote within one business day
3. Cam Expert will manufacture the panels to your specifications.
4. Cam Expert ships in 5 business days, we can give you the shipping option of NEXT DAY OR 3 DAYS for an additional charge.
Lead Time and Shipping
We use UPS standard ground to ship your product unless you ask us to use a different method and/or carrier.
Standard manufacturing is typically five business days after the order is placed.
Next day and three day manufacturing and/or shipping services are also available for an additional charge.
Shipments are sent by UPS. The shipping charges are determined on package weight at the day of shipping. This is added to the price of the quote that was given to you for your finished product.
We primarily work with small and medium sized orders, however single panels and large quantities can also be ordered.
Terms and Conditions
For the first few orders with us credit card payment is preferred. We except the following types of credit cards:
- Amercian Express
- Visa
- MasterCard
Once you are an established customer we will except NET 15.
Parts are guaranteed to the customers file/documentation.
